Fabio Andrico has been a certified yoga instructor for over 30 years. He is famous for using great skill, clear precision, and delightful humor to help students deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. Andrico began his yoga career in the mid-seventies, when he studied Sivananda Yoga during a trip to India. In the following years, Andrico was exposed to many different yoga traditions. He ultimately met his teacher, Dzogchen Master Chgyal Namkhai Norbu, and had the rare opportunity to learn the Tibetan tradition of Yantra Yoga directly from this lineage holder. Andrico has been authorized to teach Hatha Yoga and Yantra Yoga, as well as to train Yantra Yoga teachers. He teaches Yantra Yoga internationally to groups of up to 700 participants in venues on six continents. Fabio Andico has appear in yoga DVDs, received rave review in Yoga Journal, and collaborated on the book Yantra Yoga: the Tibetan Yoga of Movement.

Yamila Diaz was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was featured in the 1999 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and has also graced the covers of such magazines as GQ, Glamour, Maxim, Elle, and Shape. She has appeared in the Victoria's Secret Catalog, as well as ads for Bebe, Ungaro, and others. She was the first Latin spokes-model in CoverGirl history, and starred in the Italian film Il Pesce Innamorato.
