This set of talks entitled was given at Karma Triyana Dharmachakra in June 2008. Traleg Rinpoche presented the topic using the outline similar to that found in his book under the same title (Shambhala Publications, 2004). He then discusses the mahamudra shamatha meditation, obstacles to meditation, and meditation experiences. Next, he presents an overview of vipashyana meditation in its fundamental, mahayana, and mahamudra varieties. In conclusion, Rinpoche goes over the fruition of mahamudra, the four yogas of mahamudra.
