Mahamudra refers to the unfabricated wisdom nature of our mind. Experiencing this nature of mind is a genuine and personal experience of freedom from the bonds of conceptuality, hope and fear. In these talks, Rinpoche provides teachings on the nature of mind, including methods for working with thoughts in meditation, resting in the present, and bringing meditation into our post-meditation world. He teaches methods for resting the mind (posture of body, posture of mind and posture of focal object) and for analyzing the mind. These talks include several guided meditation sessions and teachings on correcting misunderstandings of mind, as well as six methods for bringing mahamudra practice into post-meditation.
