Khenpo Sherab Zangpo is a lineage holder in the tradition of the Great Perfection, the highest teachings of the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism. His root teacher is the late Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche, the founder of the Larung Buddhist Institute of Five Sciences in Eastern Tibet, the world's largest of its kind.
