Karuna incense is made of 21 different medicinal herbs, which grow in the western region of the Himalayas, between the altitude of 5,000 to 14,000 feet. It is known for reliving congestion and fever in Ayurveda. It also balances Vata Dosha- Vata which is referred to as the King of Dosha.
