I bought this sadhana around two years ago after taking the white tara empowerment and lung. I have dedicated myself to this practice on a daily basis. Even at our centre I could not get this sadhana, I eventually found it here at Namse Bangdzo bookstore. As this particular pratice is universal in most Kagyu centres , it was so great to be able know I can take it with me to most centres and practice. it is well printed and the print is large enough to see with comfort. A great blessing for me to have this sadhana, Blessings, In Dharma, Karma samdrup.
